Zebrafish Microsatellite Map Server

This server includes markers from the 2000 marker map of Shimoda et al. (Genomics 58:219-232, 1999) and new markers generated as part of the NIH Genomic Resources for the Zebrafish RFA.

Generation of new markers is funded by the NIH under RFA DK-98-006: Genomic Resources for the Zebrafish.  The 2000 marker map was constructed with funds from Genentech, and built on the 700 marker map (Knapik, et al, 1996), funded by the National Center for Research Resources (NCRR) NIH R01-RR08888.
